Per Conversion pricing: – looking to convert only a small number of documents? Try our ‘per copy’ pricing. Document conversion prices decrease depending on the number of documents that need to be converted. Prices are competitive with standard ‘scanner’ based pricing offered by document conversion service bureaus.

Limited Site License Pricing: Limited to a physical location, and by machine name. Support for unlimited conversions. Optional support agreement. 1 concurrent user per site US$ 5,000.00 - per workstation (unlimited conversions) 2 concurrent users per site US$ 4,000.00 - per workstation (unlimited conversions) 3 concurrent users per site US$ 3,500.00 - per workstation (unlimited conversions) 4 concurrent users per site US$ 3,000.00 - per workstation (unlimited conversions) 5 concurrent users per site US$ 2,500.00 - per workstation (unlimited conversions) Support Options: Annual support and maintenance 20% of above license fees. How to buy:
Download and install the fully functioning demo version, and confirm that the product meets your needs. Any questions can be sent to Use our secure internet site to purchase conversion licenses, and/or contact our sales department regarding your exact needs. If you are paying per conversion, we email you back a license string. Cut and paste the license string into the product splash screen to disable the demo stamp.
Please Note: – ImageMAKER delivers software via download ONLY. After purchasing your ImageMAKER Software, you will receive your license string. The license string is used to remove the limitations of the demo version. No software is shipped on disk or CD.

The price structure of our products is simple and clear. The only criteria used for calculating the price of a license is the number of users that will work with the software. Each license is limited to a single location, so different locations require separate licenses. We do not have endless lists of extras you have to pay for. You always get the complete software with all features at a real fair price.
